From the Northeast to the West Coast and back, Susan has called Manhattan, San Francisco, Washington, DC, Westport, Connecticut, and Rhode Island home—experiences that have shaped her deep understanding of relocation, transition, and what it truly means to find the right place to call home. Having navigated complex moves firsthand, she brings a thoughtful, composed approach to guiding clients through every step of the process.

Before transitioning into real estate, Susan built a successful career in healthcare, first as a Registered Nurse and then as a Nurse Practitioner. She brings that same client-first, detail-driven approach to her real estate practice, with a natural ability to communicate complex information clearly and guide clients with confidence. Grounded in trust and integrity, she builds lasting relationships through honesty, transparency, and personalized service.

Susan approaches each transaction with professionalism and care—from market evaluation to contract execution—ensuring every detail is managed with precision. Her calm, steady presence makes even the most challenging situations feel manageable, and she is committed to creating a seamless, well-guided experience from start to finish.

Deeply attuned to her clients’ needs, Susan understands that every purchase or sale represents both a significant investment and a meaningful life moment. She is dedicated to empowering her clients with the knowledge and insight they need to make informed decisions, serving not just as an agent, but as a trusted advisor throughout the entire journey.

Beyond real estate, Susan is an active leader in her community. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and serves on the Community Outreach and Grievance Committees at Kent Washington Association of Realtors. She also enjoys her time volunteering at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) Museum where she is a Museum Associate and at South County Habitat for Humanity build sites. She is also a proud supporter of many local organizations such as Federal Hill House, Rhode Island Food Bank, and Save the Bay.

Whether buying, selling, or preparing for a major relocation, Susan is committed to making each transition as seamless and stress-free as possible—so her clients can focus on what matters most.
